What we do

Four services. Done completely, or not at all.

No leasing desk, no tax practice, no fifty-page brochure. The work below is what we are demonstrably good at — everything else we refer out.

M&A — SELL

Sell-side M&A

Preparing a company for sale and running the process end-to-end: positioning, buyer landscape, negotiation — while you keep running the business. Most engagements start a year before we go to market.

6–9 months retainer + success fee
M&A — BUY

Acquisitions & MBO

Search, valuation and structuring for strategic buyers and management teams. We say "walk away" more often than any adviser you have met — that is what the retainer is for.

3–12 months retainer + success fee
VAL

Valuations & fairness opinions

Business valuations for shareholder exits, disputes and succession — built on defensible assumptions and documented so a judge can follow every step.

4–8 weeks fixed fee
DEBT

Debt & capital advisory

Refinancing, acquisition finance and covenant repair. We run the bank process, model the scenarios and sit on your side of the table — so you never negotiate against professionals alone.

6–12 weeks fixed + success
Track record

The numbers we are prepared to be judged on.

Phase 01 — weeks 1–3 Analysis

Valuation, deal readiness, and the honest list of what will scare a buyer. You decide whether to proceed after this — many don’t, yet.

deliverable: valuation memo
Phase 02 — weeks 4–10 Preparation

Information memorandum, dataroom, normalised figures — and fixing what can still be fixed before anyone looks.

deliverable: IM + dataroom
Phase 03 — weeks 11–20 Market

A shortlist approached quietly, one conversation at a time. No teasers blasted to four hundred inboxes.

deliverable: offers on the table
Phase 04 — weeks 21–30 Close

Negotiation, due-diligence management, SPA — and signing at the notary with no surprises left in the drawer.

deliverable: a completed deal
Partners

Three partners. No juniors on your deal.

Every mandate is staffed by the people whose names are on the door. The partner you meet in week one is the one who answers the phone in week nineteen.
